“No Boys Allowed” was our motto while creating this residence for a mother starting fresh with her young daughter in the West Village’s Greenwich Lane. Keeping our client’s preference for clean lines in mind, we sought to create a sleek design rooted in minimalist tradition while adding feminine flourishes that seemed fitting for the two ladies who call this space home. Against an earthy gray palette, select colorful elements add personality to this new construction apartment, which we outfitted with custom closets and kitchen cabinetry.
