Ayelen began her career in Business and Marketing and after graduation, she studied Interior design. In 2019, Ayelen decided to use her knowledge of interior design acquired from personal studies to launch an interior design company (Idilica Deco) to help people get the interior/exterior spaces they have always wanted for their homes or business. Due to the increased attention to her work and social media pages, Ayelen quickly became seen as an authority in South America. This led her to develop a diverse library of different master classes focused on numerous areas within interior/exterior design purchased by over 1,000 clients monthly. Currently, Ayelen continues to offer her interior/exterior design services to numerous countries around the world, expand her master class library and base of students, grow her social media audience and advertise for brands she supports across her channels and discover new pathways to develop her companies streams of revenue

In this role, Audra managed the purchasing, warehousing, and logistics of complete FF&E and OS&E packages for 10-15 fully furnished apartments per month. She also oversaw the design process of each apartment from schematic design through installation, photography, and punch list. Audra joined CRD Associates in 2020.
