At this young family’s new residence in Tribeca, we sought to develop architectural interest for this long, narrow space. Punctuating the boxy architecture with details like artisan-crafted metal rolling doors to the master bedroom created a necessary point of gravity in this loft-like space, while installing custom millwork and making creative use of flex spaces made the layout comfortable and functional for our clients’ lives as new parents. Hand-painted wallpaper and lush textiles added a touch of downtown luxury to this family home.
